Sunday, October 5th, 2014: Mustangs center fielder Matt McKenzie was at the top of the heap in the Pioneer League this season and today he nabbed the Outstanding Hitter Award.
In 2014 he rang up 99 hits, 32 doubles, 3 triples, 3 home runs, 58 RBIs and 74 runs scored. All those numbers helped him to build his .378 batting average and .474 on-base percentage.

 | PIO's Top Pitcher is Rowe
Saturday, October 4th, 2014: The hottest hurler in the Pioneer League this season was Tucker Rowe of the Billings Mustangs. He caught the attention of everybody in the league on his way to winning the 2014 PIO Outstanding Pitcher Award.
Rowe starred with an impressive 14-2 record in 16 starts. The Mustangs ace gave up 102 base hits and struck out 76 in 115.2 innings with a 2.80 ERA.
